Review Process

  Once a manuscript is submitted, the Editor-in-Chief of the journal inspects the submitted manuscript. If the Editor-in-Chief determines that the manuscript is not of sufficient quality to go through the normal review process or if the subject of the manuscript is not appropriate to the journal scope, the Editor-in-Chief rejects the manuscript with no further processing.
All submissions will be refereed blindly. Criteria for paper evaluation include relevance for the new trend, importance of the topic, soundness/quality of analysis and evidence, organization, contribution to theory and practice, overall quality of the paper.
If the Editor-in-Chief determines that the submitted manuscript is of sufficient quality and falls within the scope of the journal, he/she sends the manuscript to one of the journal's Associate Editors, who manages the peer-review process for the manuscript. Editor-in-Chief determines the result of paper after received associate editors' result.
Publication Process: Editor-in-Chief will notify the final result to auther(s). Final paper must register within deadline as scheduled.

a. Instructions for Authors
 Authors are invited to submit the electronic version of a full paper to office or Editor-in-Chief. The papers should be prepared according to the MS-Word format. The separate title page should contain the title of paper, author(s), e-mail address(es), phone, and fax numbers.

b. Paper format
 All manuscripts should follow template guidelines and be submitted MS Word format.
